How do we lead change, transformation and innovation. How do we lead our teams in this environment? That’s the subject of my conversation, my last conversation here with my good friend, Steve Riddell, the Chief Sales Officer with Sprint.
Steve is going to share how he has led organizations to create 20-25%, year-over-year growth in a down market when we all were hit with the great recession and the housing market tanked. Blinds.com, which is directly tied to the housing market, grew at 20-25% year-over-year. Now, how do you do that?
The answer starts with transformative leadership. The answer starts with, if we continue to do what we did yesterday, we’re going to continue to get the same results. It begins with leadership who is prepared to say, “This is what we stand for. This is what we are as an organization. These are our values. We will improve continuously. We will experiment without fear. We will ask you to speak up, and we’re going to have fun and enjoy the ride, and more.”
Then we must lead our organization to be able to achieve these unbelievable results.
